Description

Define and govern enterprise Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across GovCloud and Experience Cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and review technical designs for Salesforce applications, integrations, automations, and data flows, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Guide development teams on standard objects, custom metadata, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow to prevent object proliferation and promote reuse.
• Evaluate solution scalability, security, and performance risks, including governor limits, DML constraints, and asynchronous processing.
• Define access models, security controls, and compliance strategies for sensitive data (PII/PHI) and external user access patterns.
• Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product teams to align Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and platform governance.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce GovCloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with MuleSoft APIs and integration patterns within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Knowledge of data governance, data masking, and enterprise data modeling.
• Familiarity with security mandates including MFA, transaction security policies, and field-level security.
