Description

You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service Clouds, including AgentForce and Einstein AI.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams to ensure system scalability and design integrity.
• Lead proof of concept (POC) development to validate design and performance across systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on integration methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and oversee product implementation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience architecting solutions and integrations on the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on proficiency with Lightning Web Components and Apex Code.
• Strong knowledge of SFDC APIs and workflow automation.
• Experience with CRM, AaCS, and complex system integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support systems during implementation phases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (SF Administration, SF Developer, or Certified Technical Architect).
