Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to provide expert recommendations and roadmaps for platform solutions.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams ensuring scalable designs and best practice adherence.
• Lead proof of concept (POC) development to validate solution design and system performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on integration methodologies.
• Oversee technology product implementation, ensuring interoperability and cross-system adoption.

Required Skills

• 6+ years architecting solutions and integrations across the Salesforce platform and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in Apex Code and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and workflow development.
• Proven track record of designing solutions for complex business requirements.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems to enable seamless data flow.
• Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Service Clouds.
• Familiarity with AgentForce, Salesforce Einstein AI, CRM, and AaaS integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as SF Administration, SF Developer, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
