Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture, design, development, testing, and documentation for scalable solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Lead integrations with internal systems, external partners, and hosting platforms while supporting legacy system modernization.
• Conduct Salesforce org health checks, recommend best practices, and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, release readiness, and multi-environment deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Agile experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development experience.
• Salesforce certification required.
• Strong Oracle SQL development and performance tuning experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
