Description

You will design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant nCino and Salesforce solutions for the financial services domain.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures, including data flow visuals, system interaction maps, and architecture diagrams.
• Lead development teams by conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and mentoring developers.
• Translate complex banking requirements into technical solutions, performing fit/gap analysis and LOE estimation.
• Manage complex integrations between nCino and external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL processes.
• Balance high-level architectural vision with hands-on sprint execution and technical troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and integration.
• Deep expertise in nCino data models, workflows, automation, and integration points.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or Informatica for middleware and integration.
• Domain knowledge in commercial banking, loan origination, or treasury management.
• Experience with ETL, data modeling, and data conversion.
• Understanding of versioning, deployment, and release management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and version control.

Preferred Skills

• nCino Admin/Advanced Config, Salesforce Admin, Platform Dev, or Application/System Architect certifications.
