Description
You will architect, develop, and support enterprise-grade, scalable Salesforce solutions to build a Center of Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform innovation and enforce standards.
- Deliver seamless integrations and automation aligned with Center of Excellence governance.
- Lead high-level architectural conversations independently.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce.
- 3-5 years focused specifically on Salesforce Architecture.
- Expertise with Vlocity and Field Service Lightning.
- Experience with AWS Connect or Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
- Ability to discuss complex architectural topics without prompting.
- Valid Salesforce certifications.
- Any Graduate degree.
