This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform innovation and enforce standards.
• Deliver seamless integrations and automation aligned with Center of Excellence governance.
• Lead high-level architectural conversations independently.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce.
• 3-5 years focused specifically on Salesforce Architecture.
• Expertise with Vlocity and Field Service Lightning.
• Experience with AWS Connect or Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
• Ability to discuss complex architectural topics without prompting.
• Valid Salesforce certifications.
• Any Graduate degree.
