You will design and oversee complex Salesforce architectures involving Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions involving MuleSoft, APIs, and OpenText integrations.
• Guide developers through technical implementation and architectural standards.
• Translate business strategy into technical requirements for stakeholders.
• Perform system performance tuning and ensure architectural scalability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong proficiency with APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies.
• Cloud-savvy approach to architecture and security.
• Proven ability to work within complex data environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ReactJS, OpenText, or IAM.
• Knowledge of handling PHI, PII, or SSA data.
