You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design complex Salesforce architectures focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Translate business stakeholder requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers regarding coding standards and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation, including design documents and test plans.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs.
• Experience managing Salesforce integrations and data migrations.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model and data model.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or E-commerce.
