You will design and implement complex Salesforce solutions focused on scalability, performance, and maintainability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions that translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce development best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Proven experience with data migration.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce security and data models.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or E-commerce.
