You will design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate feasibility and propose technical alternatives.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong background in hands-on coding with Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Proven experience with Salesforce APIs and complex integrations.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model and data model.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or E-commerce.
