Salesforce Solutions Architect

Lead technical design and implementation for Sales Cloud transformation projects. Own the architecture for Sales and Service Cloud modules while guiding development teams through coding standards and implementation details.

Responsibilities

• Design technical architectures for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Translate high-level requirements into actionable technical designs for developers.
• Lead development teams by providing direct guidance on coding standards and implementation.
• Manage integrations using tools such as Copado or other integration frameworks.
• Ensure solutions meet the specific needs of Financial or Wealth Management clients.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce architect experience with proven progression from Developer to Tech Lead to Architect.
• Deep technical expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar integration tools.
• Direct experience working with Financial or Wealth Management clients.
• Ability to work PST hours in a remote capacity.
