Description

Lead technical design and implementation for Sales Cloud transformation projects, owning the architecture for Sales and Service Cloud modules while guiding development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design technical architectures for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Translate high-level requirements into actionable technical designs for developers.
• Lead development teams by providing direct guidance on coding standards and implementation.
• Manage integrations using Copado or similar integration frameworks.
• Ensure solutions meet the specific needs of Financial or Wealth Management clients.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce architect experience with progression from Developer to Tech Lead to Architect.
• Deep technical expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar integration tools.
• Direct experience working with Financial or Wealth Management clients.
• Ability to work PST hours in a remote capacity.
