Description

Lead technical solution design and pre-sales activities for the Salesforce practice, aligning business requirements with platform capabilities to scope functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities, including sales calls, technical estimation, and proposal development.
• Align business requirements with Salesforce capabilities to design and scope functional solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to guide customers with technical solutions and best practices.
• Support delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client trust.
• Mentor junior team members in technical solutions, business analysis, and Salesforce processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Senior Consultant roles.
• Active Salesforce certifications.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com, SOQL, Apex, and Visualforce pages.
• In-depth technical knowledge of various Salesforce cloud solutions.
• Experience working within an IT services company implementing client solutions.
• Proven experience setting up a Salesforce.com Center of Excellence.
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to define, prioritize, and scope business and functional requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing strategies to expand Salesforce practice offerings.
