Description

Lead architectural design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce and AWS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Salesforce integrations using Apex and Sales/Service Cloud.
• Architect and execute large-scale digital transformations and AWS Cloud migrations.
• Manage technical implementations for call center applications, including IVR, Chat, and digital channels.
• Oversee integration of customer experience management and content management systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution, application, or architecture for large-scale enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of specific Salesforce architecture experience.
• 3+ years of development experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apex.
• 2+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud experience using EC2, S3, EKS, OpenShift, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, and CFT.
• 2+ years of experience in digital transformation involving APIs, Microservices, Event Streaming, Containers, and Serverless Frameworks.
• 8+ years of hands-on programming experience in at least two of: Angular, Java, C++, Python, or R.
• Experience with customer behavior analytics such as Google Analytics, Medallia, or Clarabridge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for business partner collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Active Salesforce Architecture certifications.
