Lead technical design and development for Salesforce solutions, ensuring engineering standards and platform governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design integration architectures, blueprints, and configuration strategies while establishing development standards.
• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows following established engineering practices and platform governance.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best-fit approaches.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, and apply AI-driven approaches to enhance solutions with intelligent automation.
• Review Salesforce release notes to assess breaking changes, deprecations, and feature impacts on existing systems and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Experience leading technical discovery and requirements definition with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of platform governance, release management, and integration design.
• Ability to mentor teams and conduct peer code reviews.
• Experience incorporating AI-driven approaches and intelligent automation in solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with vendors, QA teams, and business stakeholders to execute updates.
• Knowledge of responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.
