Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements

Develop custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs

Participate in solution design discussions, technical discovery sessions, and architecture reviews

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Support system performance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within Salesforce environments

Ensure solutions adhere to security, governance, and compliance standards

Contribute to best practices for Salesforce development and architecture

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, development, and solution design

Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs

Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with complex system landscapes

Strong experience participating in technical workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions

Experience working in public sector, government, or other regulated environments

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations

Background in Salesforce architecture or technical leadership roles

Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, DevOps, and governance models

Experience leading or mentoring development teams
