Description

You will lead technical design, development, and integration strategy for complex Salesforce solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and recommend best-fit approaches.
• Design and execute integration blueprints, configuration strategies, and system architectures.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows while enforcing platform governance.
• Establish development standards, mentor junior developers, and conduct peer code reviews to ensure high code quality.
• Review platform release notes to assess breaking changes, deprecations, and feature impacts on existing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution design.
• Strong development proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components within enterprise environments.
• Experience with system integrations and API development in complex multi-team settings.
• 3+ years supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs.
• 2+ years leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior capacity.
• Ability to apply AI-driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions and automate workflows.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, QA teams, and business stakeholders to execute updates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with intelligent automation and responsible use of emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release management processes.
