Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in solution design discussions, technical discovery sessions, and architecture reviews.
• Support system performance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within Salesforce environments.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, governance, and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, development, and solution design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with complex system landscapes.
• Experience working in public sector, government, or other regulated environments.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Salesforce architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, DevOps, and governance models.
