You will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to translate business needs into effective system designs.
• Develop and customize applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using enterprise integration patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams while ensuring compliance and security standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Proven ability to lead solution design discussions and technical initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience working in complex, multi-team, or enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in public sector or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with large-scale case management or service-based systems.
• Prior experience working with state or government projects.
