Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of custom objects, workflows, approvals, and integrations.
• Define and document Salesforce architecture, including data models, integration flows, and security models.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations from inception to delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading Salesforce projects.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP.
• Experience managing Salesforce integrations using middleware and ETL tools.
• Proven ability to ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Strong technical documentation skills for architecture and integration flows.
