Description

You will manage Salesforce system adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and Segregation of Duties (SOD) compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and finalize Salesforce user roles in collaboration with business stakeholders to meet SOD requirements.
• Document SOD changes via user stories and coordinate implementation with internal IT developers.
• Conduct reviews of Salesforce configurations and processes to ensure compliance with SOX and SOD regulations.
• Perform risk assessments regarding Salesforce configurations, user access, and data handling.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing documentation and facilitating control walkthroughs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator focusing on SOX and SOD compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements.
• Expertise in Segregation of Duties (SOD) application within Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security controls and audit trails.
• Experience identifying and resolving SOD conflicts in user roles.
• Proficiency in data governance and risk mitigation strategies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
