Description

Manage compliance and internal controls for Salesforce systems to meet SOX and Segregation of Duties standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and finalize Salesforce user roles by collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure SOD compliance.
• Document SOD changes as user stories and coordinate implementation with internal IT developers.
• Conduct regular reviews of Salesforce configurations and user roles to mitigate risks associated with SOD conflicts.
• Perform risk assessments on Salesforce configurations, user access, and data handling processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing documentation and facilitating control walkthroughs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or audit roles.
• Direct experience with Salesforce SOX compliance.
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SOD) frameworks.
• Ability to document technical requirements via user stories.
• Experience performing risk assessments on system configurations and user access.
• Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams and control matrices.
• Experience supporting internal and external audit cycles.
