Description

You will lead the strategic transition and technical management of Salesforce environments, focusing on org separation and system optimization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess feasibility, cost, and timelines for separating divisions into two distinct Salesforce Orgs.
• Develop project plans covering org health analysis, data migration, testing, and resource requirements.
• Execute daily administration including user profile management, permission sets, roles, and public groups.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and support user adoption through training.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• 4+ years of experience in application, technical, or solution architecture and design.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce upgrades, org refreshes, and system integrations.
• 4+ years of experience developing formal technical standards, blueprints, and reference architectures.
• 4+ years of experience managing Salesforce databases and complex workflows.
• 5+ years of experience reporting on critical Salesforce system issues.
• 5+ years of experience in project planning and technical system administration.
• Proficiency with Copado, SQL, Azure, and O365.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or advanced administration certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DNS and Enterprise Networking.
