Description

Lead technical architecture and development strategy for banking solutions, owning the end-to-end design of scalable Salesforce applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver business solutions using Apex, Triggers, Controllers, and Visualforce.
• Build scalable code using bulkified, Queueable, and Future Apex patterns.
• Manage integrations with external tools, including debugging and issue resolution.
• Create dynamic dashboards using CRM Analytics for executive data insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Business Analysts.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of experience with a mandatory background in Banking and Project Management.
• Expertise in Salesforce Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency with Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Deep knowledge of Apex Test Classes and asynchronous processing.
• Salesforce Developer Certification.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AutoRabbit and DocuSign integrations.
