Description

Lead the technical and data architecture for complex Salesforce implementations. You will design custom solutions across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Financial Service Clouds.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions using Sales, Marketing, Service, and Financial Service Cloud.
• Build integrated workflows by partnering with stakeholders in Compliance, Operations, and Customer Services.
• Manage integrations with external tools and applications, including debugging and issue resolution.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Business Analysts.
• Perform code reviews and recommend system performance and reporting enhancements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years as a Salesforce Architect.
• Salesforce Developer Certification.
• Expertise in Salesforce APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with bulkified Apex Triggers, Queueable Apex, Future Apex, and Apex Test Classes.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM Analytics to create dynamic dashboards.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum project frameworks.
• Ability to design technical, solution, and data architectures for complex environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AutoRabit and DocuSign integrations.
