Description

Lead technical design and architecture for complex Salesforce implementations across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Financial Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design technical, solution, and data architectures for enterprise cloud implementations.
• Build integrated workflows by partnering with Compliance, Front Office, Operations, and Customer Service stakeholders.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Triggers, and Controllers.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Business Analysts within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Manage integrations, perform code reviews, and monitor technical issues through to resolution.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years as a Salesforce Architect.
• Expertise in Salesforce Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with bulkified Apex Triggers, Queueable Apex, Future Apex, and Apex Test Classes.
• Ability to use Salesforce CRM Analytics to create dynamic dashboards for executive reporting.
• Salesforce Developer Certification.
• Experience managing integrations and debugging complex tool connections.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AutoRabit and DocuSign.
