Description

You will own the development and architecture of solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and define appropriate designs, including data modeling.
• Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
• Design and develop high-performance, reusable Lightning components, Visualforce, and Apex solutions.
• Guide the team on writing test classes to ensure over 80% code coverage.
• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and debug issues against specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Core Development / Architect experience in Salesforce.com.
• 4+ years of Omni Channel experience using Lightning Component, Lightning Event, and Lightning Page Template.
• 3+ years of development experience in Visual Force, Apex, and Process flows.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Omni Channel administration (routing, queues, user/security controls, roles/profiles).
• Experience integrating external applications with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud.
• Experience in Service Cloud implementation.
• Previous contact center experience and CTI integration knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SFDC and UX integration.
• Experience in integrating with Angular/React applications.
