Description

You will build and maintain complex Salesforce solutions for service and field operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service applications for service delivery scenarios.
• Integrate Salesforce Field Service with the Leankor Work Management platform.
• Configure, customize, and integrate the Leankor Work Management platform.
• Build and maintain custom code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service applications.
• Experience with projects supporting On-Demand/repair, Machinery Upgrade, or Planned Maintenance services.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flows development.
• Minimum 5 years implementing Salesforce applications for Sales/Service and Field Service.
• Four or more Salesforce certifications covering Administrator, Developer, and Field Service.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Field Service with Leankor Work Management.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns: RESTful APIs, SOAP, ESBs, and messaging systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, Python, or .NET.
