Description

Lead technical implementation and design of scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of Service Cloud implementations and architecture.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Design integrations with third-party systems via SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs.
• Configure Service Cloud features including case management and omni-channel routing.
• Provide technical mentorship and lead testing and release efforts.

Required Skills

• 12+ years total experience, 7+ in Salesforce development focused on Service Cloud.
• Extensive programmatic experience with Apex controllers, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components, and SLDS framework.
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS and JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs.
• Experience leading technical teams within Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and II, Service Cloud Consultant.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning.
