Description

Own the reliability, availability, and operational stability of enterprise Salesforce production environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce SLA/SLO frameworks for high-availability cloud platforms.
• Lead incident management, problem resolution, and post-mortem governance.
• Implement and maintain observability pipelines using Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
• Manage operational workflows and ITSM processes in regulated environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and integration health.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Platform Reliability.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform operations within enterprise production settings.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools: Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
• Strong understanding of SLA/SLO frameworks and incident management protocols.
• Experience with ITSM principles and operational governance.
• Ability to operate effectively in highly regulated, operationally critical environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting AWS cloud environments and complex enterprise integrations.
