Description

You will lead a team of five engineers, balancing technical leadership with hands-on execution in a role split between engineering and architecture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, configuration, and maintenance of Sales Cloud functionality and external system integrations.
• Translate conceptual business needs into executable technical designs and delivery plans.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to upskill the team and ensure consistent delivery.
• Model modern engineering practices to move the organization away from waterfall methodologies.
• Own the implementation and documentation of complex technical solutions across the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce core technologies including Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Practical knowledge of MongoDB.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Experience working with complex integrations involving Kafka and REST endpoints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with AWS or Microsoft cloud platforms.
