Description
You will provide L2 production support and manage Salesforce cloud module implementations.
Responsibilities
- Handle L2 production support for the Salesforce platform to ensure smooth post-implementation operations.
- Manage system changes and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Configure inbound and outbound Salesforce.com integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage Salesforce systems.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce.com Admin and Platform Developer 1 (PD1) certifications.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and the Aura framework.
- Experience with SOAP/REST, XML, and JSON web services.
- Knowledge of Java or JavaScript programming.
- Experience using scripted data loaders and enterprise integrating technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
- Experience with MuleSoft API.
