Description

You will provide L2 production support and manage Salesforce cloud module implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Handle L2 production support for the Salesforce platform to ensure smooth post-implementation operations.
• Manage system changes and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Configure inbound and outbound Salesforce.com integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage Salesforce systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce.com Admin and Platform Developer 1 (PD1) certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and the Aura framework.
• Experience with SOAP/REST, XML, and JSON web services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
• Experience with MuleSoft API.
