Description

Provide L1/L2 technical support for enterprise Salesforce applications in a 24/7 environment. Own technical problems from initial report through to full resolution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and rectify integration issues using Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and developer tools.
• Maintain CRM systems through sandbox refreshes, bug fixes, flow updates, and security management.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve intricate service problems to meet CSAT, productivity, and SLA targets.
• Document technical solutions and create resources for the internal knowledge base.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Engineering, Programming, or Technical Support and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce standard objects including Accounts, Opportunities, Products, Quotes, and Leads.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration, including Object Management, Flows, Approval Processes, and User Management.
• Experience with APEX programming, Visualforce, Force.com APIs, SOQL, and Governor Limits.
• Knowledge of Declarative Automation, Web Services, and Lightning components (Aura and LWC).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Competency with deployment and DevOps tools, specifically Gearset.
• Understanding of Change and Incident Management processes using JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritize issues under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications and knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, or Certinia.
• Prior hands-on development experience with the ability to read, write, and debug code.
• Experience working within SCRUM or Agile environments.
