Salesforce System Admin

You will manage the Salesforce environment, focusing on release management, security configuration, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage release cycles and package deployments across environments using AutoRABIT.
• Configure users, permission groups, permission sets, and the Salesforce security model.
• Coordinate application deployments with DevOps, QA, and development teams to ensure security compliance and business sign-off.
• Provision and refresh sandboxes and manage production releases, including rollback assessments and post-release reviews.
• Execute data integration and migration tasks using Data Loader or ETL tools.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator with at least 4 years of experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in computer science or a related field with a BS or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with AutoRABIT for release promotion and rollback.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Experience with Salesforce Shield for data masking.
• Practical knowledge of MuleSoft integrations.
• Experience using JIRA and managing GIT setup and maintenance.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards and troubleshoot system issues.
• Experience working within an Agile development framework.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pardot and the Financial Industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps.
