Description

You administer the Go-to-Market technology stack to support revenue goals and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Administer the GTM tech stack, including SFDC, Zoominfo, Groove, Gong, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
• Manage license allocation, procurement, and auditing for all employees.
• Execute system enhancements by documenting requirements, scoping solutions, and implementing technical changes.
• Manage the inbound systems request queue and adhere to established SLAs.
• Maintain system architecture to support reporting requirements in Salesforce and PowerBI.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in GTM systems and business process operations.
• Expert proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Hands-on experience with Zoominfo, Groove, Gong, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
• Ability to perform upstream and downstream impact analysis across interconnected systems.
• Experience building scalable system architectures to meet current and future business requirements.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and maintaining data accuracy.
• Strong ability to create clear documentation, including process guides and system maps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CPQ.
