Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to translate them into functional specifications and Salesforce configurations.
• Manage Salesforce user roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and workflows.
• Execute data mapping, migration, validation, and integration tasks involving large datasets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product managers within Agile/Scrum environments to support end-to-end implementations.

Required Skills

• 13–17 years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst or System Analyst.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Admin tasks.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data mapping.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience operating within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to perform complex data migration and validation.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications including Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder.
• Exposure to AgentForce, Salesforce AI/Einstein, or similar AI-based agent platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud.
