Description

Bridge business requirements and technical implementation within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning the end-to-end solution lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, solution proposals, feature demonstrations, and end-user acceptance testing.
• Document current and future state business processes using detailed diagrams, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Develop detailed user stories for development teams and act as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
• Propose functional solution designs and architectural improvements to the Salesforce Architecture team.
• Triage inbound requests, troubleshoot bugs, and monitor productivity metrics following new implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce Architecture principles.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
• Skill in creating process diagrams and functional design documentation.
• Experience managing end-to-end solution lifecycles from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical product roadmap recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
