Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution within our Salesforce environment. You own the design, configuration, and integration of Salesforce functionality to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to identify improvements and design new Salesforce functionality.
• Configure and develop new functions in Salesforce.com to support operational requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce.com with internal and external applications to ensure seamless data flow.
• Generate ad hoc reports from backend databases to derive insights from user data.
• Monitor new product releases and upgrades to maximize system utility and stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development.
• Ability to perform data analytics and reporting on user data.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and improvement.
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions with user groups and act as a technical interface between business and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
