You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution within the Salesforce environment, owning design, configuration, and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to identify improvements and design new Salesforce functionality.
• Configure and develop new functions in Salesforce.com to support operational requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce.com with internal and external applications to ensure seamless data flow.
• Generate ad hoc reports from backend databases to derive insights from user data.
• Monitor new product releases and upgrades to maximize system utility and stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development.
• Ability to perform data analytics and reporting on user data.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and improvement.
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions with user groups and act as a technical interface.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
