Description

You will manage Salesforce configurations and business process improvements to meet evolving organizational needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and create new functions within Salesforce.com to support business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce.com with other internal and external applications.
• Analyze current business processes and manage the continuous improvement lifecycle.
• Perform analytics on user data and create ad hoc reports from backend databases to derive insights.
• Act as the primary interface between business teams and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a systems analysis or Salesforce-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com configuration.
• Proficiency in Apex.
• Experience managing Roles and Profiles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions with user groups to enable new business initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining awareness of new product releases and upgrades.
