Description

You will manage and maintain the Salesforce environment and associated CRM systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce.com, Veeva CRM, and Vault CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support system requirements.
• Apply methodical processes to system configurations and maintenance tasks.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to track tasks and document processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com, Veeva CRM, or Vault CRM.
• Familiarity with infrastructure topics including databases, servers, and cloud systems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
• Understanding of Operational Excellence or ITIL v3.0 certification.
• Experience working with internal and external teams in a multinational setting.
