Partner with business stakeholders to define system needs and design scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design and implement scalable system solutions.
• Configure and enhance enterprise platforms using Salesforce declarative tools, including Flow Builder and process automation.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, and assist with deployment activities.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce development patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools, specifically Flow Builder, Process Automation, and Object Model design.
• Foundational knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce development patterns.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
