Build and maintain data-driven insights using Tableau CRM and SQL to drive customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data prep recipes to transform business requirements into actionable datasets.
• Develop and maintain Tableau CRM dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer data analysis.
• Collect, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to help teams deepen market influence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in data analytics or development.
• Proficiency in SQL development.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Tableau CRM data prep recipes.
• Experience with Tableau dashboard development and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts.
• Ability to transform complex business requirements into technical data workflows.
• Experience organizing and analyzing large datasets from various sources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience analyzing customer behavior, satisfaction, and retention metrics.
