Description

Design and implement technical solutions within the Tableau CRM ecosystem to meet functional CRM requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data flows, recipes, and complex dashboards using bindings.
• Develop complex SAQL queries and manage the migration of TCRM assets within Salesforce.
• Design and build large-scale enterprise BI and analytics applications.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and mapping to ensure data integrity.
• Produce technical deliverables including data models, design documentation, and unit test plans.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Tableau CRM, Einstein, or Wave Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.
• 5+ years of experience writing SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with JSON, SAQL, SOQL, and XML.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM application processes.
• Proficiency with Tableau for self-service BI.
• Ability to document business requirements and create detailed technical designs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.
