Description

Lead technical implementations and strategic architecture for Salesforce Experience Cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Experience Cloud sites using templates, branding, and themes to meet business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into logical sprints and detailed user stories.
• Provide technical design guidance and recommendations to senior leaders for IT initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to align technical designs with enterprise strategy.
• Drive thought leadership to influence technology use and advance business capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce environments.
• Deep expertise in Experience Cloud and Experience Cloud Site Builder.
• Hands-on experience with Case Management and Knowledge Management.
• Proven ability to set up Omni-channel and Live Chat functionality.
• Strong understanding of data security and external site security protocols.
• Knowledge of Experience Cloud license types and customer guidance.
• Experience with Salesforce customization and software development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile, Hybrid Agile, or Scrum of Scrums methodologies.
