Description

You will own the development, administration, and integration of complex Salesforce environments, specifically Service Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programmatic solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure and manage complex Salesforce environments, focusing on Service Cloud.
• Utilize declarative tools, including Flows and AppExchange, to solve business needs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript, and SLDS framework.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Must hold three or more mandatory Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Platform Administrator, Platform Developer, or Platform Developer II).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein, or GenAI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS/S3.
