Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, managing integrations, configurations, and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Manage system integrations leveraging APIs and middleware to ensure data consistency.
• Optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations to support business operations.
• Implement Agentforce capabilities to streamline workflows and enhance agent productivity.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team on best practices, CI/CD processes, and code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce developer.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Batch/Asynchronous processing.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Gearset and source control.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular.
• Knowledge of Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PD1 and PD2 certifications (PD2 highly preferable).
• Certifications in Salesforce Service Cloud and OMS Cloud.
• Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader and middleware technologies.
