Description

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for financial services applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and oversee implementation of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to established coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations via APIs and web services.
• Direct experience in the financial industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Familiarity with Omni Studio, Scheduler, Einstein Activity Capture, managed packages, and Experience Sites.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an agile development environment.
